Session Description:
What does a holistic AI Program look like? How do you structure all AI activities happening in your organization to minimize overlap? How can you as a Records professional be involved? Learn how to
channel resources by rolling up clear responsibilities so groups can stay focused and drive to done faster. This session is an evolution from last year’s (September 2024) presentation on ‘AI Building Blocks’ that was task and phase-oriented to build up your organization’s AI Program.

Speaker: Kurt Neumann, MA, CIGO/AI
Kurt leads the records management program and is a key influencer for information governance initiatives at Prime. He worked with colleagues to develop the Information & Data Oversight Council
structure five years ago and has guided Prime’s Artificial Intelligence Working Group over the past two years. He is also a consummate professional on merger, acquisition, divestiture and corporate
integration best practices as it pertains to records and data, the lifeblood of any modern enterprise. He holds a Master Degree in Cyber Diplomacy and has earned both the CIGO and CIGO/AI certifications. He lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his Husband.
